Oh the things we do for fashion. Antonio Berardi Created this extreme pump? Shoe? Something?  These just hit the runway and while it may turn heads, I highly doubt they’ll catch on.  You’re basically tippy-toeing as you walk!

    I wish I had them. They may not be practial but they are very sexy. I wish I could see them on the runway.
